ECONOMY PLANS

ECONOMY plans provide modular cost-effective, prefabricated houses.  These house plans are fixed modular plans for those with a tight budget. This sector provides cost effective prefabricated TUFF+  kit buildings.

For an Economy house, it takes only days to construct a lockable, finished building.

(Including plumbing and electrics, basic cabinetry, induction cooktop and washroom fitout !)

PREMIER MODULAR BUILDING

PREMIER TUFF+ House Kits are larger, and have a more flexible modular approach which allows walls and layout to be configured.

PRESTIGE BESTOKE PLANS

PRESTIGE TUFF+ House Kits are built to any architectural plan. 

Using  TUFF+ INTERLOCK FIREPROOF SIP panels as shown, any house plan can be prefabricated and supplied.
