A fully lockable T+KH1 kit, which is approximately 398 square feet, (=37 m2) starts at around $19,000 USD. This kit includes a kitchen and a washroom with shower, toilet and vanity! That price includes shipping.
This translates to less than $50 USD per square foot!!!
A two-bedroom TUFF+ house kit starts from $24,000 USD, which is also very affordable, given the quality and features.
Please note that these prices are for the complete kits – but do not include labor costs for assembly. Labor costs are generally low, for example in the case of T+KH1 the builder cost could be as low as $4000.
